infrequent shuttleobstructed view
I was a bit disappointed. the complimentary river shuttle was infrequent. it only ran once an hour, which sometimes meant a long wait, especially after a day out (it could be more frequent). also, the promised river view from my 'beautiful room river view' wasn't quite what i hoped for. It was more of a lateral view and partially obstructed. i felt a bit misled by that.

the pool area is lovely. the breakfast was very good, and there was a lot of choice. i found the rooms spacious. they had everything i could possibly need.
The hotel is attempting to offer quantity over quality. there are tons of restaurants, activities, but the map doesn't deliver what it promises. bed and linens are mediocre. The bath mat had mold on it.

The rooms were clean with a nice design and so comfortable. Breakfast ran from 6:30 until 11:00. It was good. I noticed many local restaurants and massage shops near the hotel. The boat shuttle was very convenient. The pool was alluring.

The hotel breakfast was excellent. It is available from 6:30 until 11:00. I found many local restaurants and massage shops right next to the hotel. A boat shuttle was very convenient for reaching different locations. The pool was a nice amenity, BEAUTIFUL!
i noticed the room service closed rather early at 11pm.

Fantastic riverside retreat!

I REALLY loved how clean the premises were and the staff was ALWAYS friendly. We were greeted with a refreshing welcome drink. The Japanese-style toilet was a cool touch and the soap and body lotion smelled divine. The AC and lights were easy to operate, which I appreciated.
I found that the breakfast had some western food options but those were not great. The quality was not the best, and basics needed work.

The room WAS tastefully decorated and very spacious. I noticed that the room comes well-equipped with all the things you might need. It allowed me to have such peaceful holidays and relax without any concerns at ALL.

I was grateful for the excellent service I received. The staff were friendly and cute. My room was very clean, and the amenities provided met my needs. I really appreciated the Nava restaurant. My companies enjoyed ourselves there.
The breakfast was only okay. It wasn't bad, but not AMAZING either.
